Inspiration has an enormous work area in which the user has to create a diagram. There are various designs available for each field, the possibility to write text, to create links between them and other essential options when it is necessary to work with diagrams. Once the diagram is finished, Inspiration has a button that will automatically transform it into a hierarchical outline. In such a way that we will have the general ideas of the diagram stored in a text that will help us explicate the diagram perfectly.

Furthermore, Inspiration integrates with Microsoft Word to transfer the hierarchical outline automatically if we ask it to. We'll find the option in the toolbar.
